A number of House Republicans, along with Nevada Gov. Jim Gibbons, this week joined a chorus of opposition against $25 billion (2.4 percent cuts each year over two years) to hospital services included in the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services proposed inpatient prospective payment system rule for fiscal years 2008-2009. source: AHA News
